Welcome to Tirupati Nepal Tours and Travels. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and conditions applicable to bookings made with us for Nepal tour packages, hotel stays, transportation, sightseeing and other travel-related services. By confirming a booking with us, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A tour booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued by Tirupati Nepal Tours and Travels. The package price, itinerary, hotel category, vehicle type, meal plan and other included services will be based on the details mentioned in the quotation or booking confirmation. Any verbal discussion or informal commitment will not be considered part of the confirmed booking unless it is included in writing in the booking confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
- The required advance amount must be paid at the time of booking to reserve the selected hotel, vehicle and other travel services.
- The remaining balance must be paid within the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking and, where applicable, before the start of the tour.
- Bookings for peak season, festivals, group tours, special hotels or customized packages may require different payment conditions.
- If the customer fails to make the required payment within the agreed deadline, Tirupati Nepal Tours and Travels reserves the right to release the reserved services or cancel the booking after informing the customer.
- Any bank, payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, may be payable by the customer.
3. Tour Package Price
- Tour prices are based on the services, number of travellers, hotel category, vehicle, travel dates and itinerary agreed at the time of booking.
- Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in hotel rates, transportation costs, government charges, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, seasonal demand or other supplier charges.
- Once the booking is confirmed, any additional service or change requested by the customer may result in an additional cost.
4. Itinerary and Schedule Changes
We make reasonable efforts to follow the confirmed itinerary. However, travel schedules may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, border conditions, local restrictions, festivals, government regulations, vehicle conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tirupati Nepal Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify the sequence of sightseeing or adjust travel timings when necessary for safety, operational reasons or to ensure smooth completion of the tour.
Any major change will be communicated to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Hotel and Accommodation
- Hotels are provided according to the category and specifications mentioned in the confirmed package.
- Hotel names may be changed if the originally confirmed property becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, overbooking or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will try to provide an alternative hotel of similar or comparable category, subject to availability.
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out times will apply according to the hotel's policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
- Any extra hotel services such as room upgrades, room service, laundry, minibar, additional meals or other personal services will be payable directly by the customer unless specifically included in the package.
